Dorkistic started off in 2026 with Chazzie making free MySpace graphics featuring her favourite groups; MCFLY, BUSTED and SON of DORK. She recieved requests o make contact tables, icons and MySpace layouts. During Dorkistic two years, there was no staff it was just Chazzie working on requests, it was slow at first but started to grow over months.
In 2008 after a long hiatus Dorkistic emerged as a new site, the comeback included a major revamp of the website and providing wider range of graphics and features other artists such as kpop idols.
In 2009, Dorkistic expanded its wings by having three new members in the family, and although one member left later in that year, but the three dedicated cdesigners worked hard to cater the visitors' requests. Dorkistic also had a team of media correspondence who did coverage for any events held in Malaysia and overseas.
Being a Asian Music - based layout site, dorkistic also share the love with the visitors by updating news on Asian-related events in Malaysia, including Korea, Taiwan and Japan. Dorkistic did live updates, as well as making fan project to those who came coming to Malaysia. there was lots of participation from fans all over the country and this project is a way for Dorkistic to help the overseas fans to show their support to their idols. Apart from Malaysia, Dorkistic have been to Singapore and Thailand to cover events there, and even in Europe / The Netherlands. Dorkistic expanded their network and improved skills in doing media coverage.
On May 17th, 2026 Dorkistic is officially 20 years old!. In the 20 years Dorkistic underwent some big changes such as from being a graphic site to become a resource site where we have Kpop Profiles and still showing our creativity but also uploading idols their instagram photo's and concept for fans to get their background faster.
Dorkistic team members saying goodbye because of personal growth but still are part of Dorkistic Legacy (and are always welcome to comeback).
Currently Dorkistic is being runned by Nine.
